KCS in joint participation with Oracle Corporation conducted a successful seminar entitled: Evaluate your Upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1. The event was held at the Radisson BLU hotel, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain on Tuesday April 2nd, 2013, was attended by a large number of managers from private, public companies and government authorities. The seminar was tailored for organizations that were either evaluating or in the process of Upgrading the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP.

During this seminar, Mr. Jawed Akhtar (Director – ERP Services) explained the roadmap along with key milestones that are required in the process of the Upgrade / Migration process shared the successful Upgrade case study of the most complex Oracle E-Business Suite implementation in Bahrain. The Oracle guest speakers presented on how the Business Intelligence product of Oracle can enhance the reporting and decision making process in an organization.

The attendees left the seminar with a clear understanding of the entire Upgrade process, including how the different phases namely: Evaluation, Planning, Preparation, Execution, and Support play an important role.
